Where is my order? The tracking link shows no movement.Updated 2 months ago

If your tracking link hasn't updated in a few days, don't worry — this is often normal and can occur for several reasons:

  • Most times, tracking status take longer to reflect on the courier’s website.
  • The courier has received the parcel, but it has not yet been scanned into their system.
  • For international deliveries, the parcel may be awaiting customs clearance or local courier handover.

In most cases, tracking updates resume within a few business days.
