If you’ve received a different item than the one you ordered, please email our customer experience team with the following:
- Clear photos of the item you received
- A photo of the outer packaging (including the shipping label)
This helps us understand what went wrong and offer you the best possible solution. There's no need to place a new order — our team will guide you through the next steps and ensure the issue is resolved with care.
Please note: If the item in question is a complimentary gift, these are offered while stock lasts. If the selected gift is unavailable at the time of dispatch, we may replace it with another item of equal or greater value, or omit it, without prior notice.
