Any product ordered on our website can be returned within 10 days following the day of receipt, and subject to the terms in our Return Policy. If you are buying a 100ml or 50ml perfume you have not smelled before, we recommend adding a sample of it as one of the two free samples you are entitled to with the purchase of any 100ml or 50ml perfume. This way you can test the fragrance before unsealing the full bottle. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer experience team. If a return is due to an error on our part, we will gladly provide a complimentary shipping label. For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility. 

Please note, we do not offer the possibility of returning or exchanging products purchased on the www.goldfieldandbanks.com website in our physical sales outlets. Also, products purchased from our stockists may be returned directly to them, subject to each store’s Return Policy.
