We want you to be completely captivated by your Goldfield & Banks purchase. We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original, unopened, and sealed condition within 10 days of purchase.

If a return is due to an error on our part, we will gladly provide a complimentary shipping label. For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility. 

Australian Returns:

Please ensure items are returned to: Goldfield & Banks Australia, Unit 403B / 332-342 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction NSW 2022, Australia.

US/Canada Returns:

For returns from the US or Canada, please send items to: 6127 S Rimpau Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90043, USA. 

European Returns:

For returns from Europe, please send items to: 1 Rue Jules Valls, 95670 Marly-la-ville, France.

We will process your exchange or refund once the returned item is received at our warehouse.

Please note, we do not offer the possibility of returning or exchanging products purchased on the www.goldfieldandbanks.com website in our physical sales outlets. Also, products purchased from our stockists may be returned directly to them, subject to each store’s Return Policy.
